Dr. Shivani Desai Advani grew up in Bloomington, IL and attended Southern Illinois University Dental School with the highest honors.

Dr. Desai is passionate about dentistry and making sure her patients have a comfortable experience at the dental office. She has a strong focus in cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry and root canals.

Dr. Desai enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Advani, and her friends and family when she's not at the office. She has a passion for design and you will see a lot of her creativity throughout our beautiful and modern office.

Dr. Vishal Advani completed a double degree program at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT. He received his B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Chemistry, graduating with highest honors.

While earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University in New York City, Dr. Advani learned about the latest techniques and advancements in dentistry from some of the top professors and faculty in the country.

Upon completion of his dental training, Dr. Advani returned to his home state of Vermont, where he worked in private practice. Dr. Advani is happy to be back in the Chicagoland area, where he has family throughout the suburbs.

Dr. Advani is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable while helping them to achieve healthy, beautiful smiles they are happy with. He treats patients of all ages, offering comprehensive dental care including tooth-colored fillings, crowns and bridges, veneers, teeth whitening, root canal treatment, TMJ and occlusal (bite) therapy, and Invisalign (clear braces for straightening teeth).

Dr. Advani is also very skilled in performing surgical procedures such as extractions (including wisdom teeth), as well as the surgical placement and restoration of implants. Dr. Advani also performs Oral Surgery at three other offices, where he is the only Doctor on staff performing complicated surgeries due to his extensive experience.

In order to continually guarantee the highest quality dental care, Dr. Advani has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education to further his knowledge in the dental field and provide the most up-to-date care to every one of his patients.

In his free time, Dr. Advani enjoys working out, traveling with his wife, spending time with family and friends, and anything that allows him to stay active. Dr. Advani and his wife Dr. Desai are expecting a baby girl in March 2020.

Tanya's friendly attitude and glowing smile are the first thing you'll be greeted with at our office at Mint Smile Studio in Elmhurst, IL. Tanya has been our rockstar receptionist for over 7 years. In her free time, Tanya loves spending time with her family and friends and daughter.

Anke has years of experience in the dental field. Anke is extremely friendly and will ensure your dental visit goes smoothly. Her kindness and sense of humor will put you at ease and make for a comfortable dental visit.

Anke is married with 2 boys

Ellie graduated from MATC in downtown Milwaukee, WI and moved to IL in 2020.

She loves adrenaline and likes to spend her free time either hiking, biking, kayaking or camping.

She is an animal lover, is into healthy eating, exercising, meditating and enjoys reading.

Although, she didn't pursue a career in art, she has been very passionate about creatively art since she was 11 yrs old. She has done multiple pieces that have won national awards and were displayed in an art museum in New York.
